Satish started their career in 1995 as a Project Engineer at USHA MARTIN LIMITED. From there, they moved on to Tata Metaliks, a Tata Steel Company, where they served as an Engineer Operations from 1996 to 1999.

In 2000, Satish worked as an Information Technology Management at Learningbyte International LLC/Digital Think before joining SixthElement Systems Pvt ltd (Subsidiary of Adayana Inc) in 2002 as a Business Analyst.

Satish then co-founded BMatrix Integrated Services Pvt Ltd in 2002 and held the role of Co-Founder & CIO until 2003.

From 2003 to 2006, Satish worked at Better, Inc. as the Director of Operations/Technology, leading operations of a B2B lead generation and marketing research agency.

In 2006, they became the Chief Operating Officer & Technology Evangelist at Better, where they were responsible for various aspects of product management, technology, and operations. Satish held this position until 2012.

From 2012 to 2015, Satish served as a Product Owner (Technical Product Manager) & Technology Evangelist at Better Technology Labs, handling product management, architecture, application delivery, marketing technology, and more.

Satish then moved on to PiSight Group in 2017 as the Director of Product Engineering, a role they held until 2019.

Since 2019, Satish M. has been working as the Director Of Operations at Spardha Learnings Private Limited.

Between 2015 and 2019, Satish also worked as a Growth | Scale | Technology Consultant as a social entrepreneur.

Satish M. has a diverse education history. Satish obtained their MBA in Marketing from IBS Hyderabad from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA), ERP, Systems degree at IBS Hyderabad from 1999 to 2001. In 1998 to 1999, they enrolled in the Tata Steel Management Development Centre (TMDC) in Jamshedpur for leadership, ERP, and skill training. Satish also attended the Shavak Nanavati Technical Institute (SNTI) in 1996 and 1997 to study ISO 9001-2000. Satish further received industrial training at the Usha Martin Training Institute (UMTI) in Jamshedpur from 1994 to 1995. Satish'sundergraduate studies were completed at the Udai Pratap Autonomous College from 1989 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with a focus on Physics, Math, and Chemistry. During the same period, from 1991 to 1994, they pursued Mechanical Engineering at the Institute of Engineering and Rural Technology. Satish also completed several certifications, including Certified Scrum Professional from Scrum Alliance in 2016, ITIL V3 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2014, an Advance Diploma in Total Quality Management System & ISO 9000 from NILEM in 1997, and a Certificate of Programming in C, C++ from NIIT Limited in 1997. Satish obtained the NCC 'C' Certificate from the Indian Army in 1994. Additionally, Satish earned a PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner certification from APMG-International in 2014 and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in 2014. Satish acquired expertise in Wireless LAN/Networking from 3COM University in 2002.
