Saurabh Srivastav is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Saurabh started their career as a Sr. Java Developer at Infosys, where they gained valuable knowledge on training, processes, technology, and team management. Saurabh then worked at Syntel as a Technical Lead, focusing on open source technologies and providing technical solutions for various programs in the BNFS and Healthcare sectors. Following this, they joined Lnt Infotech as a Technical Architect, where they honed their skills in pre-sales and gained exposure in the BNFS domain. Saurabh further advanced their career at Atos Syntel as a Solutions Architect, working with multiple MNCs and Fortune 500 companies to architect their digital transformation strategies. Currently, Saurabh serves as the Founder & CEO of Spardha Learnings Private Limited, where they aim to provide all-round development opportunities in performing arts, drama, and sports for children to prepare them for future career options.

Saurabh Srivastav obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, from 1997 to 2001. Before that, they completed their high school (10th) and intermediate (12th) education at Mahanagar Boys Inter College in Lucknow.
