Mitch M. began their career in 2015 as a Natural Food's Clerk at Fortinos Supermarket Ltd. In 2016, they enrolled as a Student at Brock University. In 2017, they took on the role of Sales Associate at RMP Athletic Locker Ltd. and is currently employed as a Business Development Representative at Spare since 2021.

Mitch M. attended Waterdown District Highschool from 2012 to 2016. Mitch then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communications at Brock University, which they completed in 2021.
