Dalal AlRayes is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in fintech, education, and investment management. As Co-founder and CEO of Spare since January 2019, Dalal has been instrumental in establishing an open banking company licensed by the Central Bank of Bahrain and operating within regulatory sandboxes in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
