Dalal AlRayes is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in fintech, education, and investment management. As Co-founder and CEO of Spare since January 2019, Dalal has been instrumental in establishing an open banking company licensed by the Central Bank of Bahrain and operating within regulatory sandboxes in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. Dalal also co-founded Bamboo Preschool, focusing on play-based education, and previously led Caravan Edu, which offered innovative educational programs. As a Board Member at Wafra International Investment Co., Palms Agro Production Company, Bayan Holding Co., and Jordan Trade Facilities Company, Dalal has contributed to diverse sectors, including investment, agriculture, and real estate. Educational qualifications include an MBA from London Business School and a B.S. in Business Management from Babson College, along with additional training in web development.

Spare is certified as an open banking provider in KSA under SAMA Fintech Regulatory Sandbox, and is currently testing open banking services in Kuwait under the Central Bank of Kuwait sandbox.
