Henrik Kulseng-Hanssen

Henrik Kulseng-Hanssen has an extensive background in corporate finance and investment banking. With experience in various prestigious companies such as SpareBank 1 Markets AS, Clarksons Platou Securities AS, Swedbank Norge, and Jefferies, Henrik has focused on M&A, ECM, and DCM transactions, as well as financial restructurings. Henrik holds a Bsc in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science and also graduated from the Royal Norwegian Navy's Officer School as a Sublieutenant in Operations.
