Johan Petter Winsnes

Johan Petter Winsnes has extensive experience in various leadership roles, currently serving as Konserndirektør for Economic Crime and Business Support at SpareBank 1 SMN since August 2012. Notable positions include Program Lead for the merger between SpareBank 1 SMN and SpareBank 1 Søre Sunnmøre, Head of Human Resources, and Acting Head of Organization and Development. Additionally, Winsnes is the Chairman of the Board at NTNU Handelshøyskolen since August 2021 and has served as Chairman of the HR Advisory Board for SpareBank 1 Alliance Norway. Earlier experience includes Vice President of Human Resources & QA at FARA, a consultant at Accenture, and a football player with several clubs in Tippeligaen, including Rosenborg Ballklub and Lillestrøm Sportsklubb. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business from BI Norwegian Business School and foundational studies in Sociology from NTNU.
