Oda Brå Beichmann has a diverse range of work experience in marketing and brand management. Oda began their career at Storebrand in 2009, where they served as a Social Media Manager and later as a Project Manager in the marketing and communication division. During this time, they managed social media activities, coordinated advertising campaigns, and provided advice on pension and savings products.

In 2013, Oda took on a project position at Storebrand, where they played a key role in developing a new social media strategy and overseeing online presence and customer service. Oda also led business development initiatives, including the implementation of new self-service solutions.

In 2014, Oda joined SpareBank 1 as a Marketing Manager for eCommerce, a role they held until 2019. During this time, they contributed to the bank's online marketing efforts and supported the development of eCommerce strategies.

In 2019, Oda worked at Fremtind, an insurance company owned by SpareBank 1 and DNB, as a Marketing Manager for eCommerce. Oda was involved in the company's launch and merger, overseeing marketing activities related to eCommerce.

Currently, Oda Brå Beichmann is employed at SpareBank 1 SMN as the Head of Brand Marketing, a position they assumed in December 2022.

Oda Brå Beichmann completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Trondheim Business School in 2007. Following this, they enrolled in BI Norwegian Business School and achieved another Bachelor's degree in Economics, which they completed in 2009. Later, in 2012, Oda pursued a Master's degree in International Business at Hult International Business School, completing it in 2013.
