Tiffany Melton

Tiffany Melton is the VP of Strategic Meetings Management at SPARGO, Inc. Tiffany has over 10 years of experience in the event planning industry. Tiffany got their start in the industry as an Event Planner/Training Assistant with CBRE | Heery. There they organized the FEHBP's annual technical conference, the Systems Information Meeting (SIM) for IT professionals. Tiffany also gathered historical event data, drafted management reports and visual data models for the executive team, documented meeting planning processes, and provided recommendations for improvement.

In February 2008, Tiffany became an Event Planner with xScion Solutions. There they were responsible for organizing events for the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Service Benefit Plan. Tiffany was with xScion until November of 2008 when they took their current position with SPARGO, Inc.

As VP of Strategic Meetings Management at SPARGO, Tiffany is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's meeting and event planning business. This includes working with clients to develop comprehensive meeting strategies, managing a team of meeting planners, negotiating contracts with vendors, and overseeing event logistics. Under Tiffany's leadership, SPARGO has become one of the premier meeting and event planning firms in the United States.

Tiffany Melton has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Corporate Communications from Hawaii Pacific University. Tiffany also has CEUs from the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) and the International Association of Exhibition and Events (IAEE) Krakoff Leadership Institute (KLI) Alum. Tiffany is certified by LinkedIn in Become a Chief of Staff with Brian Rumao and Jeff Weiner on Establishing a Culture and a Plan for Scaling. Tiffany is also certified by the Events Industry Council as a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP).
