Bala Chander has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Meenakshi College of Engineering, obtained between 2011 and 2015. From May 2015 to April 2018, Bala served as a Service Engineer at Analogics Tech India Pvt Ltd, focusing on servicing ETM machines for MTC Buses in both hardware and software capacities. Following this, Bala worked as an Application Support Engineer at Computer Age Management Services Pvt. Ltd. from May 2018 to June 2021, providing end-to-end application support for over 50 applications. From June 2021 to February 2025, Bala transitioned to the role of Software Engineer at SourceHOV. Currently, Bala is serving as a Technical Lead at Sparient Global since March 2025.
