Alex Zhang has a long and varied career in product and technology. Alex began their career in 2008 as a Lab Researcher in the Duke University Chemistry Department - DNA Nanotechnology. In 2010 they co-founded motaavi and served as Product Co-founder. In 2012 they joined AppNexus as a Product Manager and Team Lead, Implementation Consultants. In 2015 they moved to Segovia Technology as a Product Manager. In 2016 they joined Betterment as a Product, Custody and Trading Manager. In 2017 they moved to Cedar Inc. as Head of Product. Finally, in 2020 they co-founded Spark Advisors.
