Brian Wu

Brian Wu has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. In 2010, they worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at Iowa State University Mathematics Research Experience for Undergraduates, and at Jack McGee's Pub as Senior Sound Manager and Junior Entertainment Manager. From 2011 to 2013, they were employed at Ignite Social Media, where they held the roles of Back End Web Developer and Metrics and Monitoring Coordinator. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at AppNexus as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead and Software Engineer. From 2018 to 2021, they were Director of Software Engineering at Bowery Farming, and they currently hold the role of Head of Engineering at Spark Advisors since 2022.

Brian Wu attended Bowdoin College from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics, Music, and Economics. From 2009 to 2010, they attended the Conservatorium van Amsterdam to study Jazz and Electronic Music.
