Lajja M. has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Lajja is currently the Head of Human Resources & Admin at Spark Capital Advisors since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ASK Group as an Assistant Vice President in HR from April 2017 to December 2021, and as a Senior Manager in HR from June 2014 to March 2017. From May 2008 to May 2014, they worked as an HR Manager at ICICI Venture. Lajja also gained experience at Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group) as a Senior Officer from May 2005 to April 2008.
Lajja M completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mumbai in the years 1998 to 2003. Lajja further pursued their education at the same university, graduating with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Development from the years 2003 to 2005.
