Dave Simonetti

Dave Simonetti, MBA, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and business support, currently serving as the Senior Director of Store Operations and Business Operations Support at Wawa, Inc. since April 2014. In this role, Simonetti oversees 430 locations across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, managing a team comprising four Regional Directors and more than 18,000 employees, while also supporting significant revenue streams exceeding $6 billion annually. Simonetti collaborates with the executive leadership team on strategic planning to enhance operational infrastructure and reports performance metrics to Wawa's Board of Directors. Additionally, Simonetti contributes to the broader industry as the Director of Store Operations at Spark Car Wash and as an Advisory Board Member for Five Guys Enterprises.
