Aaron Opalewski

Aaron Opalewski is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the recruiting and staffing industry. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Spark Companies since February 2025, Opalewski previously held the CEO position at Spark Talent Acquisition, Inc. from October 2013 to February 2025. In addition to this role, Opalewski is a Managing Partner at several firms, including Spark Packaging, John Joseph Partners, Ignite Search, Flex Workforce Solutions LLC, and Bolt Creative Strategies. Prior experience includes co-owning S&A Solutions Inc. and working as an Account Manager and Recruiter at Aerotek, focusing on Defense and Medical Device Engineering placements. Opalewski earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Walsh College, completing studies from 2006 to 2011.
