Paola De Cecchi is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and customer experience sectors, currently serving as Sr. Lead of GO Experience at Spark Cooperative since April 2022, where responsibilities include managing software implementations and leading client interactions. Previously, at Atlas Ocean Voyages, Paola held multiple roles including MICE & Events Specialist and Group and Event Specialist, focusing on client communications and group bookings. Paola also gained experience as a Senior Guest Services Officer at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., and as a Concierge at Think Hospitality. Earlier in their career, Paola managed operations as Office Manager at Inedit Gourmet and served as a Sales Representative for Karen Millen. Paola holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University and has further education from Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici and Miami Dade College.
