Shannon McDonald

Shannon McDonald has worked as a Senior Developer at Spark Real Estate Software since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Developer at the same company from November 2014 to September 2021. In this role, Shannon primarily contributed to the back-end development of the Spark CRM project management application using Ruby and Javascript.

Before joining Spark Real Estate Software, Shannon worked as an Administrative Assistant at Protec Dental Laboratories Ltd. from October 2012 to March 2014. In this role, they were involved in various projects including consulting, testing and proofing the company's new website and social media campaign, organizing continuing education courses, preparing letters and marketing materials, coordinating company presence at events and trade shows, creating presentations, and monitoring progress reports on sales and customer service staff. Shannon's experience in this role allowed their to develop a broad skill set and work closely with different departments in the company.

Shannon McDonald attended Lighthouse Labs in 2014, where they studied Web Development. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2012, they attended Simon Fraser University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies. Shannon's educational journey began in 2006 when they attended Kwantlen Polytechnic University, although the duration and specific area of study are unknown.
