Prior roles include regional manager at Interstate Hotel & Resorts, housekeeping supervisor at Crescent Hotels & Resorts, and various management positions at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, The Hotel Warner, and Best Western Hotels & Resorts. Sergio's expertise encompasses front office management, staff training, and operations coordination across multiple departments. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management from Penn State University and a high school diploma from Parsippany Hills High School.
