Leonardo Adell

Leonardo Adell has extensive work experience in project management and leadership roles. Leonardo is currently serving as a Project Manager and Scrum Master at SparkDigital since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Globant as a Project Manager - Scrum Master from August 2019 to October 2021. Leonardo also has a long-term tenure at Belatrix Software, where they held various positions including Scrum Master, Team Lead, Lead Developer, and Project Leader from 2006 to 2021. Before that, they worked as a Lead Developer at Sitrack.com from 2004 to 2006, and at ICSA Ingenieria y computación s.a. as a Lead Developer from 2000 to 2004. Leonardo started their career as a Systems Analyst at Messis in 1998 and also worked as a Computer Teacher at DGE Direccion General de Escuelas from 1998 to 2000.

Leonardo Adell earned a degree in Systems Engineering with a focus on Informatics Technology from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional from 1995 to 1999. Leonardo also obtained the same degree from UTN Facultad Regional Mendoza during the same time period. In terms of certifications, Leonardo became a Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2021.
