Heather McGuinness

Heather McGuinness is currently the Legal and Compliance Manager at Spark Energy, a position held since August 2019, where responsibilities include sales support for Commercial and Industry contracts. Prior to this role, Heather served as a Senior Sales Analyst and Sales Support Analyst, contributing to sales support and quality control at Major Energy Services from February 2017 to August 2019. Additional experience includes serving as an Assistant Coach at Washingtonville Seahawks Swim Club from September 2018 to June 2019 and working as a No Fault Claims Specialist at Northeast Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, PLLC, from June 2014 to February 2017. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History Teacher Education and a minor in Educational Psychology and Special Education from Mount Saint Mary College, and is currently pursuing further education at Texas Tech University, expected to complete in April 2024.
