Ruth Welch has two years of work experience. In 2018, they started working at symphony.is as a Junior Marketing Manager and then as a Growth Manager. In their role as Growth Manager, they were responsible for unlocking the full potential of humans and technology to inspire growth for the company's people, clients, and communities. Ruth also worked to create innovative digital experiences with meaningful value. In 2022, they began working at Spark Equation as a Growth Manager. In this role, they were responsible for building intelligent software solutions that power business innovation, agility, and growth.
