Britt Cushing

Britt Cushing is an accomplished advertising professional currently serving as Executive Vice President, Client Lead & Head of Orchestration at Spark Foundry since May 2024, overseeing the K-C One unit for Kimberly-Clark and managing a team of over 130 employees. Prior to this role, Britt spent five years at OMD USA in various leadership positions, including Managing Director, Head of Strategic Planning, and Executive Director, managing large teams and reshaping planning practices. Earlier experience includes senior roles at MediaCom, where Britt led integrated strategies for major clients and developed proprietary planning processes. Britt holds a Master of Science in Advertising and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
