Nadia Sherstyuk

Nadia Sherstyuk has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nadia'smost recent position was as the Director of Physical Therapy at Spark Lifecare, a role they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Registered Physiotherapist at both Spark Lifecare and SWANSON & ASSOCIATES, from August 2021 to the present and from November 2018 to August 2021, respectively.

Before joining these organizations, Nadia worked as a Registered Physiotherapist at Apollo Physiotherapy Centre, where they provided assessment and treatment to a wide range of patients, including orthopedic, pelvic floor, concussion management, and work hardening cases. Nadia's earliest experience in the field of physiotherapy dates back to their role as a Registered Physiotherapist at the Ottawa Sports Medicine Centre, where they specialized in evaluating and rehabilitating spinal and musculoskeletal injuries related to sports and daily activities. Nadia also practiced acupuncture for pain relief. Nadia held this position from June 2009 to July 2013.

Before joining the Ottawa Sports Medicine Centre, Nadia worked as a Registered Physiotherapist at the Ray Friel Sport Medicine Centre from December 2008 to October 2009.

Nadia Sherstyuk pursued their education in the field of sciences. Nadia completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Ottawa between the years 2003 and 2006. Later, they decided to deepen their knowledge and expertise in physiotherapy by enrolling in the University of Toronto, where they obtained a Master of Science degree from 2006 to 2008.
