Nigel Walker

Nigel Walker has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Nigel currently works at Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada as a Communications Manager, where they have held various roles since 2021. Prior to this, Nigel worked at Spark Lifecare as a Care Specialist, focusing on business development. In 2008, Nigel founded their own company, Nigel Walker Wellness Inc., where they serve as the Owner. In this role, they develop and delivers training and workshops for wellness professionals and manages marketing strategies and online platforms. Nigel also organizes large-scale community events and provides coaching and consulting services. Additionally, Nigel has previous experience as a Senior Communications Advisor at Public Services and Procurement Canada, where they supervised and mentored a team, managed complex files, and provided communications advice. Nigel also worked at GoodLife Fitness as a Yoga Instructor and Team Leader.

Nigel Walker's education history includes obtaining a High School Diploma from Philemon Wright High School between 1999 and 2003. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Ottawa, which they completed from 2005 to 2008.
