Albert Uwayo

Albert was born and raised in Burera, a rural area in the north-east of Rwanda. He holds an Associate Degree in Philosophy from Philosophat Isidore Bakanja (DR Congo) obtained in 2006, a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and a Masters Degree in Development Studies, both were received from Kigali Independent University in 2011 and 2014, respectively. Before joining Spark in August 2017, Albert worked for nine years at both public and nonprofit institutions serving mainly in education, health, capacity building and management roles. Albert's hobbies and interests are reading inspirational books, jogging and playing piano.
