Sommai P.

Sommai P. is an experienced strategic advisor and fractional chief of staff with a strong background in social impact organizations. Since May 2015, Sommai P. has provided expertise to various C-suite leaders at organizations such as the Eat Learn Play Foundation and Spark Microgrants. Previous roles include Chief of Staff at IDEO.org from November 2016 to March 2025, where Sommai P. developed organizational strategies and communication frameworks while enabling significant growth. Additional experience includes serving as Communications Manager at Women Moving Millions and an internship with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Sommai P. holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Religion from Boston University.
