Ajay Singhroha

Ajay Singhroha currently serves as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Spark Minda since October 2022. Prior to this, Singhroha held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Hindustan Zinc from July 2021 to October 2022. Singhroha's extensive experience includes a role as Director of Human Resources for Bombardier Transportation, where significant contributions were recognized with awards for productivity and execution excellence. A notable transformation in Philips as General Manager - HR involved launching the 'Simply Philips' initiative. Additionally, Singhroha achieved accolades while managing employee relations at Unilever and began a career at General Motors India Ltd as a Management Trainee, rapidly advancing through various HR roles. An MBA in HR was obtained from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies between 1995 and 1997.
