Rishabh Bhutani currently serves as the Sr. DGM Head Legal at Spark Minda, leading the legal function and managing a diverse portfolio that includes strategic transactions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, litigation, and compliance since February 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy General Manager at The Max Group, Head of Department/Manager-Legal at Honda Cars India Ltd, Associate Manager-Legal at Hero MotoCorp Ltd, and Assistant Manager Legal at Unicharm India Pvt Ltd, along with a formative role as Litigation Associate at M/s Alag and Associates. Rishabh possesses extensive expertise in drafting business agreements and litigation management, proficiently navigating complex legal matters with strong communication and leadership skills. Rishabh holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the School of Law and Legal Studies at Guru Gobind Indraprastha University.
