Shi-Lin (Ben) Chen has been a Software Engineer at SPARK Neuro since 2021. Prior to this role, they were part of the Leadership Training Program at the National Knowledge Development Association (NKDA) from 2017. During this program, they stood out from around 500 candidates to be one of 25 trainees. Shi-Lin (Ben) was mentored by senior managers in different industries and learned from project & speech each week. Shi-Lin (Ben) also led different teams of 5 members in 2 projects, including association recruitment and simulating product development for Starbucks.
Shi-Lin (Ben) Chen completed a Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering from National Taipei University between 2014 and 2018. Shi-Lin (Ben) then pursued a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at the University of Southern California, which they are expected to complete in 2021. Additionally, Chen has obtained two certifications from Udemy: The Web Development Bootcamp in August 2020 and Node with React: Full Stack Web Development in July 2020.
