Ishan Kumaranayake

Ishan Kumaranayake is an experienced Support Engineer at Spark New Zealand since February 2023, specializing in diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of products and services, and providing remote support for field technicians. Prior to this role, Ishan held various engineering positions at Sri Lanka Telecom from 2008 to 2022, contributing to IP Core Network Operations, maintaining high availability of networks, and optimizing services for VPN and broadband offerings. Ishan also possesses a robust background in VoIP operations, information systems, and broadband customer support, complemented by an undergraduate internship at Dialog Axiata PLC. Ishan holds a BSc. Eng. (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Peradeniya.
