James Shands

James Shands is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the technology and transformation sector. Currently serving as Group Sales Lead for Enterprise & Government at Spark New Zealand since June 2021, James has previously held significant roles such as Senior Director of Enterprise Sales at Seismic, where involvement in expanding the company's presence in Australia was pivotal. Prior to Seismic, James worked at Qrious Limited as Customer Solutions Manager and contributed to Ricoh New Zealand Limited in various capacities, including Sales Manager, where management of a high-performing sales team was key. Additionally, James was a member of the Sales Enablement Society from October 2020 to July 2023. Education was completed at Macleans College between 2006 and 2011.
