Neill McGowan

Neill McGowan has extensive experience in product ownership and program management, primarily with Spark New Zealand since November 2009, where roles include Product Owner for Data Science/Machine Learning and Lead Program Manager for various digital platforms. Responsibilities have involved delivering digital technology outcomes, defining future strategies for digital platforms, and streamlining complex digital environments to enhance customer experiences. Prior to Spark, Neill McGowan served as Director and Head of Research Operations IT at Dresdner Kleinwort Investment Bank, managing numerous projects throughout the software development lifecycle. Education includes a BSc. Hons in Mathematics from Durham University and PMP Project Management Certification.
