Russell Knox

Russell Knox currently serves as Chapter Lead for Service Experience and Design at Spark New Zealand, a position held since May 2022. Prior experience includes leadership roles such as Head of Service Delivery at Volpara Health and various managerial positions at ACC New Zealand, including Technology Engineering Lead and Manager of Solution Development. Russell has also contributed to Westpac New Zealand Limited, Telecom New Zealand, Hewlett-Packard, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and ANZ National Ltd in change and service management roles. Educational qualifications include a Foundation Certificate in Information Security, DSDM AgilePM Practitioner Certification, and a Bachelor of Information Technology, among others.
