Sasha Daniels

Sasha Daniels is an experienced legal professional with a focus on technology, competition, and corporate governance. Currently serving as Lead Legal Business Partner at Spark New Zealand since August 2009, Sasha leads the corporate and governance legal team while also managing competition law and regulatory practices. Previous roles include Senior Counsel specializing in competition law, Corporate Counsel at Athletics Auckland, and Senior Associate at Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs. Sasha holds a Master of Laws (1st class honors) in Corporate & Commercial Law from The University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of South Africa.
