The Child Care and Support team at Spark of Genius is dedicated to providing comprehensive residential care and emotional support to children and young people. Comprising Residential Child Care Workers, Senior Child Support Workers, and overseen by the Head of Children's Services, the team ensures a safe, nurturing, and educational environment tailored to each individual's needs.
