Kalpana Ettenson

Kalpana Ettenson is the Senior Director of CEO Communications at Cisco. In this role, she manages a team responsible for the Chair and CEO’s public relations and media engagements, internal and external keynotes and events, Board of Directors presentations, company meetings, social media, and video presentations. In addition, Ms. Ettenson is responsible for developing thought leadership platforms for the Chair and CEO, and crafting blogs and editorials that are published on Cisco platforms as well as external sites such as CNN andFortune. At Cisco, she has also held roles managing communications for the Chief of Operations, as well as for the Sales organization.

Prior to Cisco, Ms. Ettenson spent 10 years at PC World Magazine, where she was a Senior Editor responsible for managing hardware and software reviews for publication in print and online.

Ms. Ettenson holds a bachelor’s degree from U.C. Berkeley.
