Thaddeus Martin

Thaddeus Martin possesses extensive experience in instructional design and training, currently serving as the Director of Training Programs at Spark TS since January 2021. In addition to this role, Thaddeus is an Adjunct Professor at Yosemite Community College District, where support for faculty in Canvas and ConferZoom has been provided, and a Remote Canvas Training course has been designed and taught. Previously, Thaddeus held positions such as Curriculum Designer at Ellie Mae and Manager of Instructional Design at D+H, where responsibilities included the development and maintenance of both paper and online training materials for proprietary software. Thaddeus holds a PhD in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, as well as a Master’s degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from California State University, Chico.
