Aiham Kara Hawa

Aiham Kara Hawa currently serves as the Associate Design Director at SPARK since May 2025, bringing extensive experience in design roles. Previously, Aiham held positions as Senior Designer and Brand Designer at The Working Assembly from July 2022 to June 2025. Aiham's career began with a Designer role at SPARK from March 2021 to December 2021, followed by a position as a Designer at Ethos from December 2021 to June 2022. Earlier experience includes a Graphic Designer role at Clear ph Design and a Graphic Designer position at Ringling Design Center at Ringling College of Art and Design. Additionally, Aiham completed internships at The Working Assembly and Adolescent Inc, alongside serving as an International Student Affairs Designer and Assistant and a PreCollege Teaching Assistant at Ringling College of Art and Design. Aiham holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Ringling College of Art and Design and an International Baccalaureate from United World College.
