Sladjana Cengic

Sladjana Cengic has a diverse background in the banking industry, with experience in risk management, portfolio management, underwriting, credit analysis, and sales. Their most recent role was as the Head of Strategic Risk Management at Sparkasse Bank dd BiH, which they have held since October 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Raiffeisen BANK dd BIH as the Head of Risk Controlling from January 2012 to October 2019, and as a Senior Portfolio Manager from February 2008 to January 2012. Sladjana also worked at Raiffeisen Leasing doo Sarajevo as a Senior Underwriter from February 2006 to February 2008, and as a Senior Credit Analyst from December 2003 to February 2006. Their early career experience includes working as a Corporate Sales Manager at NLB Banka d.d. Sarajevo from January 2002 to December 2003.

Sladjana Cengic obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the School of Economics and Business Sarajevo. Sladjana attended this institution from 1997 to 2002. In 2008, they also completed a Certificate Program in Finance and Accounting at the Sarajevo Graduate School of Business (SGSB), University of Delaware.
