Marcell Duve

Marcell Duve has over 22 years of experience in leadership roles at Sparkasse Krefeld, including positions as Leitung FinanzCenter, Leitung Stützpunkt-Geschäftsstelle, and Leitung Geschäftsstelle, with responsibilities for managing teams of various sizes. In addition to practical banking experience, Marcell Duve is also actively involved in training and coaching as a Trainer, Coach, Dozent, and Projektkoordinator at both Sparkassenakademie NRW and IHK Mittlerer Niederrhein since 2021. Marcell Duve holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Leadership & Management from Hochschule Niederrhein, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Banking and Sales from Hochschule für Finanzwirtschaft & Management, alongside multiple finance-related qualifications from Rheinische Sparkassenakademie Düsseldorf.
