Dagmar Buske

Dagmar Buske has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources and Organizational Development. Dagmar currently works as the Head of Department People Development at Sparkasse Ulm. Prior to this role, they worked as an HR Consultant in Learning & Development at CHT Germany GmbH from 2018 to 2020. From 2014 to 2017, Dagmar held the position of Manager Personnel Development International at CHT R. Beitlich GmbH. Dagmar also has experience working at Pfizer, where they served as a Manager in Organizational Effectiveness from 2013 to 2014 and from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they worked as a Manager of Organizational & Personnel Development from 2008 to 2010. Dagmar's early career included roles as a Freelancer at BASF, an Intern at AXA, and an Intern at Kontrast Consulting GmbH.

Dagmar Buske pursued their education at The University of Göttingen. From 1998 to 2000, they completed their Bachelor's degree in German and English language and literature in the field of Education at the Institute of Education. Following this, they continued their studies at the same institution and earned a Master's degree (Diplom) in Psychology from 2000 to 2007.
