Hadar Shalom

Hadar Shalom has over 8 years of experience in UX design. In 2012, they began their career as a UXI Designer at GIN (JWT W&R ISRAEL) - advertising studio, where they designed and developed applications from the characterization stage to final execution. In 2014, they moved to FIRMA. Business Design as a UXI Designer, where they worked on features sites and interfaces for the digital platform. In 2015, they joined Panaya as a UXI Designer, where they designed and formulated a design language for the company's brand and characterized and designed the company's site with user experience and a breathtaking interface. In 2017, they became the Head of UX Design department at Medical Electronic Systems. In 2021, they were a Students Mentor at Pixel Perfect UXI course at Siur Mochot - Center for Design and Communication. Since 2020, they have been the Head of UX at SparkBeyond, where they work to help organizations maximize the value of their data and power better business decisions. Hadar is currently a Senior UX Product Designer at Elementor.

Hadar Shalom attended Ariel University from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design. They also attended Netcraft Academy, where they studied User Experience.
