Aleksandra Pawlak

Aleksandra Pawlak has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the IT industry. Aleksandra is currently working at Sparkbit as an IT Project Manager, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they were a Business Analyst Quality Assurance at Sparkbit from April 2021 to March 2022. In this role, they were responsible for requirement analysis, user story definition, and conducting functional and regression tests, among other tasks.

Before joining Sparkbit, Aleksandra worked as a Software Test Engineer at the same company from November 2019 to April 2021. Aleksandra'sresponsibilities included agile testing of web services and mobile applications, requirement gathering, and test automation.

Aleksandra's previous work experience includes a role as a Test Management Specialist at T-Mobile from May 2016 to November 2019. Aleksandra also worked as a Test Specialist at IT Kontrakt from February 2015 to May 2016, and as a Junior Product Manager at Software Press sp. z o.o. from July 2012 to June 2013.

Aleksandra Pawlak has an extensive education history. In 2009, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Cultural Studies: Far Eastern Studies from Jagiellonian University. Aleksandra continued their education at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs in 2012.

In the following years, Aleksandra pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Asian Studies at Collegium Civitas from 2012 to 2014. During this time, they also completed a Master's degree in International Business Scholarship Programme at Soochow University from 2013 to 2014.

Aleksandra's education journey continued as they pursued a PgD in Business Process Engineering (Business Intelligence) at Warsaw University of Technology, which they completed in 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Aleksandra has also obtained several certifications. In 2016, they obtained the PRINCE2® Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. The same year, they also earned the Agile Project Management™ Foundation certification from APMG International. In 2018, they obtained the ITIL® Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice and the ISTQB™ Foundation certification from GASQ. Most recently, in 2022, they acquired the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org.
