Jason Kwan

Jason Kwan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) law. Currently a Partner at Sparke Helmore Lawyers since September 2024, Jason previously held roles at King & Wood Mallesons as Special Counsel and Senior Associate in the TMT sector from February 2017 to September 2024. Prior to that, Jason worked as a Senior Lawyer at Gilbert + Tobin and served as Senior Solicitor at AXA UK focusing on Group Legal Technology & Procurement. Jason began their career at Allen & Overy as an Associate in International Capital Markets and Russell McVeagh as a Solicitor in Corporate Advisory. Jason holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)(Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Auckland.
