Sparked Group exists for one of the defining challenges of our time:
What happens when the work that once defined us changes faster than we can adapt?
We are the home of the Sparketype® body of work, created by Jonathan Fields and completed by more than one million people worldwide and used by a global community of Certified Sparketype Advisors.
Sparketype begins with a different question than most assessments.
Not:
"What are you good at?"
But:
"What kind of work makes you come alive?"
That question matters more now than it ever has. The World Economic Forum projects that 39% of current skills will become outdated by 2030, and 22% of all roles will undergo structural change. The Gallup State of the Global Workplace puts engagement at 21%, the lowest since the pandemic. As AI reshapes jobs, roles, and skills, the durable foundation for navigating a career is identity: the work that energizes you, the impact you are built to make, the contribution that does not get automated away.
We help individuals, advisors and organisations navigate change through the lens of identity, meaning and reinvention.
Our work spans three interconnected areas:
• The Sparketype® assessment for individuals seeking greater clarity, energy and alignment.
• The Global Certified Sparketype Advisor community, bringing this work to clients and organizations around the world.
• Corporate solutions that help leaders and organizations navigate workforce transformation with greater humanity and effectiveness.
Sparked Group is led by Mark Truelson and Paul Williamson, with Jonathan Fields as Founding Advisor. We operate across the Americas, the UK, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
If you are a Certified Sparketype Advisor, a people leader, a coach, or someone whose work is changing under your feet, we would like to hear from you.
