Angelo Arboleda started their career in 2004 as an Information System Analyst II at the National Mapping and Resource Information Authority. Angelo then worked as an Information Technology Officer in the same organization from October 2013 to January 2015.

Angelo Arboleda holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Sydney, which they obtained in 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Notre Dame University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002.
