Torrey Tayenaka is an experienced entrepreneur with a background in video marketing and creative direction. In 2009, they co-founded OC Creative Media and served as its CEO, creating video marketing for various companies. In 2011, they joined the Board of Directors of Ad 2 Orange County as Creative Chair, managing the committee responsible for the look and feel of the club. Torrey also served as Director of Video for Entrepreneur magazine in the same year. In 2012, they became a member of The Young Entrepreneur Council (YEC). In 2013, they founded Forge 54, a volunteer marketing hub to help nonprofits take off and become success stories, and also founded Ad2OC, a networking group. In the same year, they also served as Creative Lead for Kite Patch, an innovative approach to protecting humans from mosquitoes using a small, colorful sticker. In 2014, they founded Eva Smart Shower, the world’s first smart shower that saves water without compromising the shower experience. In 2020, they joined Aditx Therapeutics, Inc. as Senior Advisory, Marketing.
Torrey Tayenaka began their education in 1999 at Las Flores. Torrey then attended Capistrano Valley Highschool from 2001 to 2005. After graduating highschool, Torrey attended Saddleback College from 2005 to 2007, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Film Production. In 2007, Torrey transferred to the University of Southern California, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Cinematic Arts in 2009.
