Derek O'Neil

Derek O'Neil is an experienced business leader with a diverse background in technology and wellness industries. As Co-Founder of Sparkle Wellness since July 2014, Derek manages manufacturing, logistics, marketing, and e-commerce activities. Derek also serves as Managing Director at Duo Wen and has held advisory positions at BeyondCron and Yengage. Previously, Derek was the GM of Integrated Ecosystem at MediaMath and the Chief Business Development Officer at IponWeb, leading business development in complex media trading. Additional roles include VP of Product & Strategic Partners at Mooter Media and COO at ansearch.com.au. With an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and dual degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the University of Sydney, Derek brings a strong educational foundation to the business sector.
