Reiner Cram

Reiner Cram serves as the Quality and Regulatory Supervisor at Sparkle Wellness since August 2023, while also functioning as a Consultant for OTC and Consumer Goods Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs at RC Consulting. Reiner's role at RC Consulting involves providing guidance on consumer product formulation to align with safety profiles and regulatory requirements, alongside offering analytical support for regulatory conformance. Prior experience includes a tenure at Young Living Essential Oils from July 2015 to April 2022, where Reiner managed the Global Claims and Substantiation team, conducted scientific research for product claims, and improved adverse event reporting processes. Beginning as an Associate Scientist, Reiner processed over 31,000 adverse event reports and created a comprehensive database of product ingredients. Early in their career, Reiner worked as a Veterinary Technician at Riverwoods Pet Hospital, where Reiner trained staff and supported veterinarians. Reiner holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Brigham Young University, earned between 2006 and 2012.
