Daniel Gragg

Daniel Gragg is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and marketing sectors. Currently serving as the Owner of Sparkle Squad since July 2025, Daniel previously worked as an Account Executive at Affinity Group from September 2021 to July 2025. Prior to that, Daniel held various leadership roles at Krispy Kreme, including Commissary Operations Manager, from January 2018 to April 2021, and spent nearly 15 years at O'Charley's in multiple positions such as General Manager and Corporate Beverage Manager. Daniel's career in operations management began at Fazoli's, where contributions were made as Operations Manager from June 1998 to June 2003. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts Management from The Art Institutes and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Tennessee Technological University.
