Katherine Creech

Katherine Creech serves as the Vice President of Business Services at Sparklight, overseeing all sales and operations functions, including field, inside, retention, carrier, enterprise, fulfillment, billing, and customer care, in addition to product development and back-office systems since January 2022. Prior to this role, Katherine held multiple positions at Cable ONE from November 2000 to January 2022, including Senior Director of Operations for Business Services, Operations Director, Care Director, Business Care Manager, Business Care Supervisor, and various support roles. Katherine holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, along with a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Arizona State University.
